Biography[]

Childhood and Spartan training[]

Tierra was born in Elysium City on March 7th, 2536. After the death of her parents she was conscripted into the SPARTAN-II Class-II, but ended up as part of Alpha Company because of a shortage of candidates. For the first year, Tierra, like several others, were trained as hard as SPARTAN-IIs, but due to not enough children meeting the standards, she was moved into the SPARTAN-III Alpha Company. Having an advantage over other candidates, she quickly became a squad leader and the top of her class. Tierra was close friends with Rook until the graduation when they were seperated. She never saw him again until the Fall of Reach.

Early Military Career[]

She fought with Alpha Company until they where mostly killed in Operation: PROMETHEUS.

Battle of New Warsaw[]

Main article: Battle of New Warsaw

During the Battle of New Warsaw, Tierra met with a contracted mercenary, the UNSC seemed to be pulling out all the stops in bringing down the major Insurrectionist movemant on this planet.

Personality[]

"She's a good Spartan, but sometimes she lets compassion get in the way of the mission."
Lieutenant Kurt-051

Tierra is seen going out of her way to rescue trapped civilians and military personnel alike. She was ordered many times to abandon saving lives in favor of completing her mission, though she never hesitated, she could feel a little bit of herself die inside every time she had to.
