Kelly Williams is an Ensign and the Chief of Operations officer onboard the Charon-Class Frigate UNSC Lexington and is the sister of Ensign Lisa Williams, in Halo: Lexington (fan series).
Early life[]
Kelly Williams was born on the colony world Harvest and she had a fun childhood till the Rebels started causing trouble on the planet, it wasn't till after the rebels were arrested that Kelly wanted to join the UNSC to help keep other colonies safe from rebels.
